Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend operations
- Support community outreach events and weekend program activations
- Assist with facility maintenance and safety protocols during off-hours
- Coordinate volunteer activities and client communications
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Document service metrics and submit activity reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or community experience
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Background check and TB test required
