Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems while ensuring data confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Continuously improve knowledge base through ongoing training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
