Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening shifts
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Assist clients with inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Maintain organized documentation and daily activity logs
- Support facility opening/closing procedures including security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
