Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with merchandise restocking and store organization
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store environments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Support inventory management and basic merchandising tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent evening availability
