Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with day team for seamless operations handover
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for 3+ evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
