Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle customer inquiries
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation and store closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

- High school diploma or equivalent required
