Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail floor during evening hours.
- Greet customers and resolve inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage cash registers, handle returns, and ensure accuracy in daily sales.
- Train and mentor new staff members on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience.
