Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and efficiency, ensuring high first-contact resolution rates.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and update customer records.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Provide product training and guidance to new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-peak hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
