Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on evening support.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
