Responsibilities
- Client Support: Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while verifying payment details.
- Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the Shift Manager when necessary.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and prepare daily reports.
- Store Operations: Assist in closing procedures, including cash handling, safe reconciliation, and store security.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning and evening shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and occasional weekends.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency with basic computer software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high-volume environment.
