Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on resolution.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves during the evening shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the manager.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings. (Availability 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a positive attitude.
