Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers in-store and via phone

- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Support inventory management through stock counts and organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Evening availability (minimum 4 shifts/week, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
