Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, display cases, and storage areas according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to maintain freshness and quality
- Perform accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Must be available for shifts starting between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM daily
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
