Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales Operations: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale, ensuring all security and policy procedures are followed.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring products are clean and accessible.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stockroom organization, and handling shipments as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor frequently, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
