Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, cold brews, and specialty beverages to perfection
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain a spotless and organized workspace, including espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes to ensure seamless service
- Restock inventory and uphold strict sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced evening environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Reliable transportation to our Market Street location
- Must be 18+ or possess a valid work permit
- Food Handlerâs Certification a plus
