Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and public areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening hours
- Assist with inventory management and stocking duties
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or college program (preferred)
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- No experience necessary – we'll train you!
- Must pass basic background check
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Diego location
