Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific education is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Availability for evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
