Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries regarding services and hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the evening shift.
- Handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of daily operations.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior work experience required; we provide full training.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; students are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Attributes: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
