Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions, handle returns, and answer questions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash handling procedures and maintain a tidy checkout area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
