Responsibilities
- Stocking & Shelving: Efficiently stock merchandise on shelves and display units to ensure maximum product visibility.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate older inventory to ensure freshness, and report shortages or damages.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including backroom areas and receiving docks.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in locating products and provide a welcoming environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to organize products neatly and accurately.
