Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves, displays, and storage areas
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and pricing labels
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Follow company stocking standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM start)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
