Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation (FIFO method)
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
- Maintain clean, organized sales floors and storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless transition to daytime operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for maintaining high standards of store presentation
