Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate products using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and price tagging
- Report maintenance issues or inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently during early morning hours (3:00 AM start)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and price verification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment
