Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with training
- Assist in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Available for shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
