Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning shifts
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram standards
- Ensure accurate inventory rotation and maintain stockroom organization
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain seamless store operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to store management
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification processes
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Previous retail or stocker experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory management abilities
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
