Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred.
