Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone and email during evening and weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflow processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies and shift procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
