- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to a diverse client base.
- Manage and update customer accounts and issue tickets in our CRM system with precision.
- Collaborate with the on-site San Francisco team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, even during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Reliable internet connection for remote work flexibility.
