As an Evening Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients during the late hours. You will resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails during evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately input and update customer information into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor while managing difficult situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office and web-based tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
