Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications.
