Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company quality standards.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the Shift Supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude during high-pressure periods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
