Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all touchpoints including check-in, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Process reservations and transactions using our proprietary hospitality management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to cleanliness and presentation
- Document guest feedback and operational insights for continuous improvement
- Assist in emergency response protocols and safety compliance
- Participate in daily briefings and cross-functional training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with digital reservation systems and point-of-sale software
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid Nevada work permit and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Basic first aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
