Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and visitors via phone, email, and in-person
- Process student enrollment inquiries, class registrations, and payment transactions
- Update and maintain accurate student records in our database systems
- Collaborate with academic departments to resolve student issues promptly
- Assist with campus events and orientation sessions
- Prepare daily reports and administrative documentation
Qualifications
