Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-deside patient reception and appointment coordination
- Manage multi-line phone system and triage urgent calls efficiently
- Process insurance verifications and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with patient check-in/out procedures and payment processing
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or healthcare experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Basic medical terminology knowledge beneficial
