Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.

- Provide detailed product information and assist customers with troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
