- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Process transactions and data entry accurately and efficiently to maintain records.
- Handle escalated customer issues with patience, empathy, and professional problem-solving.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote/hybrid options.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
