- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Perform light stocking duties and maintain inventory organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
