Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information and issue resolution.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes.
- Handle incoming calls and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be a current student or recent graduate (Students Welcome).
