Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refund requests in compliance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the logistics and shipping departments to resolve delivery issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist in training new team members and documenting common customer scenarios.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office setting.
- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote support options.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
