Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service from the moment they enter the store.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, ensuring all payments are handled correctly.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean and tidy throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
