Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and inviting.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and store goals.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
