Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram specifications
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail in product placement and rotation
- Reliable transportation to 4525 Staples Street
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
