Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering basic inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform light stocking and inventory organization duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in college (Students Welcome).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
