Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling payments efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, tidy sales floor according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory control processes when required.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
