Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update customer records and maintain detailed logs of all interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service standards and operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
