Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service at the front desk and sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during high-volume periods.
- Usher customers to appropriate departments and answer questions regarding products and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
