Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Organize store shelves and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Learn and utilize internal software systems for inventory and customer management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school/college.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a cash register.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
