Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise and maintain visual display standards throughout the store.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate a cash register.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
