Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using internal software.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and Weekend shifts.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
