Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store environment
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand integrity
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to our North Stone Avenue location
